Area of 17.400 acres in the area of Tsoutsoura which extends to the beach. The area is suitable for hotel business investments given the warm climate as the area is located on the south side of Crete. Tsoutsouras, together with Plakias Rethymno have the greatest atmospheric oxygenation, in all Europe. For its climate, it is recommended beyond common actions, to become rehabilitation centers or anything else related to human health (research centers, hospitals, etc.).
